WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Our strength and conditioning services begin with comprehensive performance assessments through our VALD testing protocol to understand each athlete's unique needs. We then develop customised training programs focused on improving key areas such as strength, power, speed, mobility, agility, and endurance. To further enhance athletic performance, we provide education and strategies on recovery and fatigue managEment, ensuring that all Pioda athletes are at their optimal to achieve peak performance.

At Pioda, we have a large emphasis that every athlete no matter their age or sport should be working primarily on the physical attributes that the sport itself does not cover. These attributes include power, speed and strength. We work with junior, youth and senior athletes ranging from a beginner to an elite athlete.

By conducting thorough performance tests, we can create highly personalised training programs that are precisely tailored to each athlete's needs.
At Pioda, to identify these measures, we utilise some of the most advanced sports science technology available through our own measures and Vald Performance. Here are some of the things we measure: Rate of force development, vertical and horizontal power, reactive and dynamic strength index, speed, acceleration, agility, change of direction, limb asymetries.
