COACH
One thing I love about health and fitness is seeing how far you can push your body to its fullest potential. I studied Exercise Science Clinical Practice at Victoria University so I could learn the human body’s physiology and how I can train through various different training methods while also fulfilling my goal to help others achieve their goals. I also plan to finish my allied health certificate and enrol in a masters of Exercise Physiology in the future so I can expand my scope of practice.
Through my time learning at university, I was able to apply training methods to improve areas like strength, power, agility, endurance, change of direction etc while also being able to analyse and improve skills relating to running gait, kicking etc. As you can see sport specific training is a passion of mine but another passion of mine helping other train to body to not only look good but to be functionally strong. Another part of fitness I love is helping people recover from injuries and educating others through exercise and its importance in recovery and prevention of injuries.
My experience in fitness/health industry includes my internship at Exercise Research Australia where I have trained clients as young as 15 year old to clients as old as 55 years old where their goals would cover rehabilitation, sport specific training, health and fitness.
